Prather Rehm

Prather Rehm began as a Lucid Body student at Michael Howard Studios’ summer and year conservatories. She began assisting Fay in 2004 working at Michael Howard Studios, Marymount Manhattan College, the Ensemble Studio Theatre and The Actors Center.

Prather has worked professionally with Impact Theatre (Intermission, Birdgirl) and has directed high school theatre students using the Lucid Body basics and tools for character development. The technique is integral in Prather’s own work as an actor; it allows her to trust her physical and emotional impulses as well as to create characters that test her range, yet are rooted in truth and start with the self.

Prather received her MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio at Pace University and is currently an Actors Studio member Finalist.
