Show up with a character. A character> you don’t know yet or haven’t worked on much. Perhaps a character you will be playing soon. Perhaps a character you want to have ready for auditions. Perhaps a character you’ve just always wanted to play- maybe it’s not your “type” or it’s the opposite gender. Spend the day diving into character — get introduced to Lucid Body’s dynamic exercises and methods for character development. End the day knowing/feeling/empathizing with your character inside and out.
This class is great for anyone– those with experience in the Lucid Body who have a character to work on, and those brand new to the technique who want to see why so many call it the ‘most practical technique for creating character.’ A great class for bringing a friend. This class is sure to get you hooked to take a full Lucid Body class and take your acting to the next level!
