Description: Our intensives mean just that– an intense and concentrated Lucid Body experience that gives way to fast and expansive transformation. This class is designed for the beginner as well as for those who want to dive back to the Lucid Body fundamentals. Attention to expanding physical articulation of the body will be a priority, as we believe that physical limitation creates emotional limitation. The versatility of the actor is enhanced by first drawing awareness to, and then breaking the habits that bind the posture and thus limit the emotional range. This year’s Fall Intensive will focus on the elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) and how they relate to physical alignment, personality. Learning to shift the elemental energies, opens the actor up to an exciting new array of character choices!
