Whether you are a beginner or an experienced actor, these drop-in classes are the best place to start your Lucid Body journey. Come visit the House, meet our teachers and enjoy discussion with other members of the Lucid Body community.

The Lucid Body is a hands-on technique for the actor striving for authenticity. While this process is rewarding both for self-growth and for greater acting control, it is a challenging one.

Our drop-in acting classes in NYC are a once a week introduction to the Lucid Body process and community. Each drop-in class includes our legendary warm-up and core concepts to prepare you for the next steps in your Lucid Body journey.

The drop-in is designed for anyone new to the work looking to expand their craft and join a like-minded community focused on a holistic approach to acting.

Classes are held at the Lucid Body House located at 230 Lexington Ave. in Midtown Manhattan or online via Zoom.

Price: $25 per drop-in class.
