When calmed, the chaos of complex thoughts and feelings are channeled into the creative process. When the chaos of sensory awareness awakens, the ego steps aside and elevates us to new states of being, unlocking the hidden parts of self.
This Lucid Body workshop will explore the calm-chaos dynamic through the inner work of meditation and Mindfulness practice and rigorous inter-personal Lucid Body exercises. It will guide you into a more actualized and creative self: that wild emotional being who knows how to come back into the calm; that still being who knows how to unleash into the unknown.
